Here at Valentina's we understand that not every outfit goes to plan, therefore we offer a 14 day returns policy for full priced items. Please note, refunds are not offered on any sale items. Items must be received back with us by day 14 (including bank holidays and weekends). Refunds will be paid within 7 days assuming the returns conditions are met and will be returned to your original payment method.

Return conditions - Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered - with no make up/fake tan or other marks) with tags and labels attached. Please email us direct at Valentinashouseoffashion@outlook.com and we will advise how to proceed with your return and the address to return this to. Please note at this time, it is your responsibility to cover the costs of any returns. We do not offer pre-paid returns. Please post your parcel securely as we cannot be held liable for returns that go missing. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we always recommend using a signed for service. Please package the items securely. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we determine does not qualify. 

Please note - We must be notified of any discrepancies with your order within 5 days of you receiving your parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.
